A request, then confirmation
These terms cover website requests for tables, private hire, catering, takeaway and delivery orders. The customer checks contact details, date, guest count, items and amount. The restaurant reviews the request and replies through the agreed channel. An acknowledgement means only that the request was received. Commercial commitment follows explicit restaurant confirmation and, where a quote is needed, acceptance according to the stated terms.
The menu and your choices
Prices are in euros, including taxes for consumers. The server recalculates quantities and the total before payment. Advance choices help planning without guaranteeing instant service. Each guest may choose at the restaurant or complete their meal on arrival; preparation may then take longer. Availability, variations, quantities and any extras must be confirmed before customer acceptance.
Times, alternatives and services
Requested dates and times do not guarantee availability. If a product or time is unavailable, the restaurant may propose a clearly described alternative with its price. No paid substitution is imposed without consent. Customers may accept, decline or request another choice through the offered process. Catering, travel, private hire, cakes and special arrangements require clear agreement on venue, guest count, content, price, deadlines and cancellation terms.
Payment and documents
After the restaurant confirms the order, the customer checks the summary and explicitly confirms their obligation to pay. Stripe processes online payments when enabled. PayPal may only be offered if an integration is actually enabled and presented during checkout. The restaurant does not retain full card details. An interrupted payment, a return page or a request received does not prove payment: the payment provider’s confirmation is authoritative. If an incident occurs, contact the team with the order reference before paying again. An invoice is issued for distance sales and in other mandatory cases; it may also be requested from the restaurant. Any deposit terms are stated before a commitment is made.
Changes, cancellations and withdrawal
Contact the restaurant promptly to change or cancel a request. Any financial consequences are those explicitly stated and accepted before commitment, within legal limits; no new penalty is added afterwards. The fourteen-day withdrawal right does not apply, in particular, to quickly deteriorating or perishable goods or to catering supplied on a specified date or period, where Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code applies. This exception does not remove rights for non-conformity, non-performance or restaurant error. For services outside these exceptions, applicable withdrawal rules must be communicated before ordering.
Allergies, information and collection
An online preference does not guarantee the absence of allergens or cross-contamination. Report allergies directly to the team and obtain useful information before ordering. The restaurant remains bound by its information duties on allergens and food characteristics. Collection takes place at the confirmed venue and time; notify the team if delayed. Follow the transport, storage and consumption precautions provided with food.
Complaints and rights
For problems, contact the restaurant with the request reference and details. An amicable solution is sought before consumer mediation if needed. No clause deprives customers of statutory guarantees, valid compensation rights or access to the competent court. Mandatory consumer protection rules remain applicable. These terms may change; the version applicable to a commitment is the one communicated when it was concluded.
Packaging, delivery and promotions
Packaging and delivery charges and the conditions of any promotional code are shown separately in the summary before confirmation. Delivery may be charged at a fixed price or according to an announced per-kilometre rate; acceptance depends on the address, service area and time slot. Any displayed route or duration is indicative and does not guarantee a delivery time. Agreed charges and prices are not changed unilaterally after acceptance. The customer is informed of the conditions for using, combining and expiring a benefit. Services ordered through a third-party platform are governed by the contract made on that platform.
Incidents and refunds
Report any missing item, preparation error, delivery failure or duplicate payment promptly, retaining the relevant information. The restaurant reviews the situation and proposes a solution appropriate to the facts and applicable rights: an agreed replacement, proper performance or a full or partial refund when due. Commercial credit does not replace a mandatory refund without the customer’s agreement. A refund is initiated through the original payment provider; the time before it appears then depends on that provider and the bank. No provision excludes the restaurant’s legal liability for its own failings, food safety obligations or mandatory consumer rights.
Consumer mediation
After a written complaint to the restaurant, if the dispute remains unresolved, consumers may contact its mediator free of charge. This does not remove their right to bring a case before the competent court.
The appointed mediator’s name, contact details and website must be provided before the service opens commercially.
